Treatment For Stress, Nausea And Sleeplessness

This is a stress related topic. I am a student who is in the final stretch of finals. Due to stress, I have not been able to sleep and find myself waking up with a wave of anxiety a few time a night in the last 3 weeks. Tonight, I have been experiencing the same thing, but this time I stopped breathing. After a few minutes of trying to calm down, I attempted to go back to sleep. However, before falling completely asleep, my body stopped breathing again and I had extreme nausea. I am assuming this will pass once finals are over with, but is there something I can do so I may pick up some much needed rest? Outside of giving in to studying more, I have tried breathing exercises, a walk, a shower, and music.

In life of student such depressive phase is very common phenomenon and I would like to advise you that you really need to be brave, positive, with high moral value, start exercise, meditation, for some time have some change in routine, sleep well, eat well, have self counseling, cheer up every thing would be okay soon, good luck
