Hi, I went through your query. Even if the tablet your girlfriend had is indeed unwanted 72, there is still a risk of pregnancy in unprotected intercourse. So I would advise you to get urine pregnancy test done. There are a number of kits available in the market. One negative test may not be confirmatory. It is better to repeat the test 2-3 days later. If she gets a positive result she will have to visit a gynaecologist for abortion. Do not try to do anything on your own as it will pose a great risk to her life. Hope this helps.
