First thing we should take care of in this scenario is dehydration
Monitor for signs of dehydration.
1. Decreased skin turgor
2. Increasing thirst.
3. Sunken eyes.
6. Decreasing passage of urine.
Continue to give ORS or any fluid with salt and sugar for dehydration.
If there is blood or mucus in the stool or if there is fever
along with pain while passing stool we consider dysentry
and treat with antibiotics.
If there is only green color stool we need not worry about it and this only indicates increased bowel motility.
