Tiredness, Shaking, Headaches, Sickness, Lump Behind Ear. What Is It?

Recently I've been extremely tired and then two days ago I got a high temperature, shaking and headaches. I'm still getting temperatures but I don't feel sick, and occasionally headaches. I'm still so tired I can barely move.. Then, yesterday I discovered a hard, immovable, marble sized lump behind ear, high up and close to my hair line. It's not coloured and not painful!

Hello.Lump behind ear is probably lymphadenopathy(lymph node enlargement). The most common cause of lymphadenopathy is an infection near to lymph node .Surely associated with infection has been swelling throat or ear and and consequently appears lymphadenopathy.
Your symptoms are in involution and do not seem important but you must go to your doctor to examine you.I wish you good health.
