Tingling Sensation In Right Side Of Foot, Occurs For 20-30 Seconds. Any Ideas?

I the last few days the right side of my right foot has been tingling on and off in about 20 - 30- seconds. Sometimes sitting with my right leg pulled up to my chest there is less tingling. Also when I'm doing something I enjoy such as concentrating on a hobby it doesn't occur. At night I have no trouble sleeping. I get up a few times at night to use the bath room, but that seems more to be caused by how much liquid i.e. water, coffee etc. At times when I am physically active walking doing floor exercises weight lifting it does not occur. Any ideas?

Good morning. What u are suffering might be due to peripheral neuritis. I think u are a young age group in whom it occurs due to vitamin deficieny. To rule out other causes do u have increase frequency of urination. more thirsty which could be due to diabetes to rule out u do random blood sugar which should be less than 180 mg. do u have any back pain radiating to right leg pricking type of pain or vague pain. It occurs after exertion and relieves after rest which is not in ur case. so i advice u to take tab methylcobalamin or mecobalamin 1500mcg daily which free u from the above problem. urs is a small problem which could be relieved soon. dont get worried. Thank u
