Though Sex Was Not Done, Took Pills. Will This Affect Future Pregnancy, Periods?

Sir , I am of age 19 and I took the pill wrongly in tension as I didn't had sex with my boyfriend . Can it effect my pregnancy future? Sir my periods date was 17 march n we meet on 2nd April evng 7-8 in car. We don't had sex. But I took the pill in tension. But I took the pill once in my life till now. And after taking pill I get my periods on 5th april n now now on 1st may. M ok now?

hi there, if there was no sexual contact and no ejaculation inside you then you need not worry about getting pregnant. The pills tht are taken for prevention of pregnancy are usually hormonal and they do not have a lasting effect, they are effective only for that cycle. As you have already got your periods for the month of may i.e. of the next cycle you have nothing to worry about with regards to the pills. Take care.
