We understand your concerns

I went through your desription. You must understand what is GERD. It is a disorder and not a disease. Disorders can be completely cured with proper diet and proper healthy lifestyle. Please understand this.

Normally people affected with GERD also shows anxiety symptoms because they are always under stress. Stress due to the pain and fullness of stomach, chest etc. Therefore I assume you also falls under tht category. You are ruled out of any ulcers or any other colon or intestinal problems. Then you need not to worry.

Set aside the unnecessary worrying. GERD causes pain due to acidic reflux. This is not serious. Exercise regularly. Control your diet. Have garlic and ginger with daily breakfast. Prrepare cumin seed decoction and have 20 ml every night before going to sleep. You will feel better.

Hope this clarifies your doubt. Available for further clarification.
Good luck.
