Tenderness In Hip Area, Hurts Constantly

2 weeks ago i started to feel a little tender in the right hip area i thought I hit it somewhere and it was bruised. now 2 weeks on, it hurts constantly whenever I move feels like a bruise. if I am not mobile then I don t feel it unless I press it. If I am o my feet all day at work, once I drive home and get out of the car it hurts to walk and feels uncomfortable. I am 39 years old with no major health problems. I am 5.4 tall and weigh 162lbs.

It seems to be soft tissue injury,

You need an x-ray to rule out any fracture.

You have to visit an orthopaedic surgeon for examination , xray and treatment plan according to that.
