Tell Me The Diet In Malaria And Typhoid
Hi doc, I am a lady, age 30yrs. have got malaria and typhoid together.(symptoms were there for a week now on medication since 1 week so 14days of illness) I was suggested bed rest but because of active kids havn t really been able to do so only unless I had high fever . I want suggestion on what diet I can have to keep my self fine and healthy now? Also suggest if one can continue normal physical relationship with the partner?

Hi !
Both are caused by parasites.It takes a couple of weeks for the disease to go completely.try to take bed rest whenever possible.have lots of fresh fruits,buttermilk.Soft non oily diet is advised,Do not dehydrate youself.Do avoid any strenous physical activity until you completely recover.
