Two major factors causing diabetes are heriditary issues when it runs in familys and yu get it pased on to you  from your parents or grandparents. and the other factor id your lifestyle. avoid eating lot of sugar and carbohydrate rich diet. avoid them. Take a balanced diet and include exercises in your daily life.
