Teenager. Recurred Fleshy Lumps With Hard Core Having White, Yellow Pus On Frenulum. Possible Genital Warts?
I'm 19 and I have 2 lumps on my frenulum and one slightly larger one on the left of the frenulum but still connected to it they are fleshy could these be genital warts? I scratched the larger one a few months ago and it had a hard core which was white/yellow then it went away but a month later it came back same place so then a few months later I had it frozen off it wiped away after 2 days but a month later its back the same place and the same size again! Really don't know what to do any advice? Much appreciated
Hello Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have what is called as Sebaceous Cysts or boil over frenulum However final diagnosis can be confirned only on clinical examination by a qualified general surgeon.
Pleas consult general surgeon for proper clinical evaluation. You may need to undergo excision of the cysts under local anaesthesia.
In the mean while take broad spectrum antibiotics along with anti inflammatory medication like Diclofenac twice daily
Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician. Dr.Patil.
