Hello.Abdominal pain, joint pain and kidney problems are frequent in HSP.The presence of protein and blood in urine is common in patients with HSP.If a patient with HSP have lump in abdomen, with pain in flank is necessary to do an abdomen ultrasound to rule out renal mass. Please, go to your doctor as soon as possible to request an abdominal ultrasound.
I wish you good health.
