Taking Progesterone Pills, HCG Injections To Support Pregnancy. Will It Affect The Baby?
hi i had a missed abortion in May,, have got conceived again, now 7th week, i am taking progesteron pills 200mg orally morning & night after food,, doctor has asked me to continue till the end of 3rd month. i am also having HCG 5000Iu injection weekly once, my concern is,, is it fine about having the progest pills orally to support pregnancy ? & HCG injections will it have any side effects ?

The progesterone and the HCG are normally produced in the body within pregnancy and help the implantation and have other positive effects.
They have no side effects in the fetus.
