Taking Diclofenac And Paracetamol For Heel Spur. Severe Bloating And Delayed Periods. Is It Due To Diclofenac?
I m a 37 yrs old women living in uae. I was identified with heel spur,my doc gave me diclofenac and paracetamol for pain. I started eating it on 21st oct since then I m having severe bloating and missed/delayed periods ( due on 2oct) ( I had a copper t installed for contraception). IS THIS DELAY IN MENSES IS DUE TO DICLOFENAC

Diclofenac & paracetamol both drugs develops hyper acidity and gastritis .
Gastritis in itself causes bloating in stomach.
Diclofenac and paracetamol also causes bleeding irregularities in few cases .
So in my opinion consult your treating doctor and get his opinion as he may advise you some proton pump inhibitors for bloating.
Menses will starts within 4-5 days once diclofenac adjust in body.
