My husband 43 yrs, was diagnosed with Gout condition sometime last year. He had been taking ubexa 80 and Goutnil for abt 3 months and since his uric acid levels were under control, he was advised to take ubexa 40 dialy which went on for abt 6 months approx. Apart from that, he is on BP medication for the last 9 years. Recently, he complained of Chest pain, his bp too was consistently on the higher side and his ecg reports showed a minor concern. The doc said, it was nothing major, but advised regular walks and diet control. he also reduced the ubexa 40 to 1 tab alternate days. I'm concerned if my husband's recent health issues got anything to do with the ubexa tabs. if so, pls suggest an alternative for his gout condition which at present is under control.
