Taking Omeprazole And Aleve For Atrial Fibrilation/GERD. Having Persistent Headache And Dizziness

22, 5'11, 240, Atrial Fibrilation/GERD. Taking Omeprazole and Aleve. Aleve for ongoing headache, doctor said it was nothing to worry about but it's persistent. Worse as the day goes on, relatively fine/nonexistant in the morning. Recently started being fatigued/dizzy and cheeks would flush, but no fever.

Dear sir

As I want through your query I noticed one thing. For GERD you are taking cap omeprazole which has history of increasing electrolyte panels. Like potassium and sodium. This can happen occassionally . But it might be a cause for dizziness.
Secondly variation in blood pressure might cause the above mentioned symptoms.
Thirdly omeprazole blood might not be enough for GERD. Addition of levosulpiride will decrease the symptoms

Thanks
