General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello User
According to your history, your child can be marked as having Mumps Clinically.
The viral prodrome with rash and swelling of parotid glands helped in diagnosis !!

You can consult a nearby General Physician to get him his glands examined. Give him rest, pain killers, and some antibiotics to prevent secondary bacterial infection.

hope his early recovery
