Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello. One possibility is a herpes simplex virus infection, which of course will be confirmed only after doing some tests.Allergic reaction is quiet possible. If you are living in an endemic area, certain infestations with microbes and bugs is also possible. Try and get information and opinion from another dermatologist.
