Swollen Arms, Pus Oozing Out. Soaked In Epsom Salts. What Could Be This?

My son (41) has a place on his arm that is very swollen. He says it look better than before. It has had some drainage after he soaked it in epsom salts water. He said a really long string of pus looking stuff came out. He has no insurance for another month and won't go to a doctor... Of course I'm worried. It sounds like maybe an abscess to me??

Hi, it is an abscess, probably secondary to a boil, it needs to be incised and drained and dressing to be done with a plug in side, to draine the rest of the pus.
I to my patient with such a condition prescribe after doing the procedure ofloxacin, ornidazole, serratiopeptidase, and some antiinflamatory, for quick relief. Thank you.
