Suggest Ways Of Losing Weight

Hello Doc - i am overweight with headaches everyday, tired most of the time, not sleeping well and have terrible allergy (no rash etc just itch and irritation on skin, esp under feet etc when sleeping) - i need to desperately lose weight and get my life together - i sometimes eat for no reason. please help with what to do

Hi Thank you for posting your query.I have gone through your details According to my opinion there are many natural ways and remedies to reduce weight .Weight gain or weight loss depends upon your basal metabolic rate.In order to reduce your weight you have to keep proper digestion by following proper diet and if you have any digestion related issues like constipation,gas,acidity you have to cure that first by natural remedies or yoga or medicines.Here I m giving few remedies which you can follow for proper metabolism and weight loss
Have low calorie food,green vegetables,salads,fresh fruits in your diet.
Avoid fruits like mango,banana,litchi,grapes in your diet.
Avoid dairy products like cheese,paneer,ghee,butter
Have aloe vera juice empty stomach daily.
Have honey with lime and lukewarm water daily
Start taking ayurvedic preparations like medohar guggul,arogyavardhini vati,trikatu churn,triphla churn after consultation with doctor.
Yoga asanas and pranayam are very effective .You can practise under guidance of yoga expert.
Highly recommended treatment is UDVARTAN in which medicated herbs for weight loss are used in powder form all over the body.It helps in reducing weight fast .
