Suggest Treatments For Post Effects Of ACL.

Hi, I had undergone ACL and then for a femur fracture on the left leg. Removed the implants an year ago and is able to walk freely now. The issue is that I cannot squat and kneel down as I haven't got the complete knee bending. I could see Cricketers and others got back their normal knee bending. Any suggestions?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, therew is a lack of physiotherapy, mainly for knee joint, it is a must. There could be some structural abnormality at the bone ends.
I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
You may need to have an M.R.I. and other tests for diagnosis.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms neurotropic injections for 10 consecutive days, and then periodically, diclofenac, paracetamol, calcium, and multivitamin supplements.
Avoid taking potato, other tubers, tomato, egg, chicken, and sea foods till you get relief.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
