Suggest Treatment To Remove Polypus In Cervical Canal

Dear Doctor, is it the only way to make polypectomy if I have a polypus in a cervical canal? Two years ago I had it turned off but now it is there again. I was advised to make hysteroscopy with a fractional curettage. But as far as I understand it is a surgery thing and I'm 25 years old, have never had pregnancies. In addition I had dysplasia of cervix uteri and I was made cryodestruction (but it didnt help) and then conization of it. I will highly appreciate if you can advise what actions should be undertertaken. Faithfully, Elena
