My husband has a possible wrist fracture. X ray was not terribly clear but they think this is the probable cause. He can touch it without pain can t move it. Yet it is something that he woke up with... Mimial discomfort a few days before this and now there is a red line moving up his arm.... What could this be?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As of now you can use analgesics/anti inflammatory combination like aceclofenac/seratiopeptdase for symptomatic relief.

If symptoms persists better to consult an orthopaedician and plan for an MRI scan.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
