Suggest Treatment For Tiredness, Fatigue, Joint Pain And Hypothyroidism

I sir, I have a extreme tiredness, fatigure, extreme bone joint paint, non-sleepiness,

i take a t3, t4, tsh test, result is abnormal doctor confirmed as Hypothyroid problem. i am having Ciplar 10 Mg, Diataal D for the past 2 weeks, but i have no seen any changes. Or it will take a time.

Thank you for asking on HCM! I can understand your query.
If the diagnosis of hypothyroidism is confirmed, than the treatment with levothyroxine should be started.
The mediactions you mentioned above do not treat hypothyroidism.
Diataal D is a multivitamin that does not contain thyroid hormones.

If you were a patient in my clinic, i would suggest you to start the treatment with levothyroxine (the dose depends by your weight and the level of TSH).
In general the symptoms of hypothyroidism improve within 2 months after starting the treatment.
