Suggest Treatment For Thyroid Problems, Hair Fall And Tiredness

Hi, my name is Neera. I m 30 years old. Recently i m dignosed with Thyroid. my TSH is 16. i m having excessive hair fall, feel irritated most of the time, easily get tired. can anyone provide me any treatment and suggestions what to eat and wht not???

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.

You are suffering from hair fall, tiredness and irritation. Your TSH level is very high. These all suggest that you have hypothyroidism. You should check tour T3 and T4 level as well as thyroid antibodies level once.

You need thyroid hormone supplements. You can take drugs lie syntroid, eltroxin or thyronorm according to advice.
