Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The small stones in the kidneys are not that much significant and nothing has to be done now. We have to evaluate the swelling in the stomach in detail as it can be an early sign of serious conditions like stomach cancer. Consult a gastroenterologist and get an endoscopy done to look for the lesion and a possible biopsy. Additional investigations like CT scan may be required based on the initial evaluation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
