hii sir i am manthan age 23 and i m suffering from chronic cough which is there from last 3 years now a days i m feeling swelling in my left abdomin and below my stomuch i feel pain in my veins which runs like current ..and at the same time i also have testicular pain...

with your history you need to consult a pulmonologist who could help you to get the cough treated.chronic cough needs thorough evaluation of complete blood count with esr, mantoux test for TB, chest x ray and others
your second problem is secondary to chronic cough for which you need to meet a surgeon get it evaluated. ultrasound abdomen and pelvis and the scrotum is required.
