Suggest Treatment For Sun Allergy

I am having a allergic reaction to the sun. I had. Sunscreen on (cerave). Hat etc. that evening my face was red little bumps and swollen especially when I woke in morning. I have taken Benadryl and Claritin. Stayed in all day yesterday. I have had this reaction before. Went to emergency and gave me prednisone and Benadryl which did help. Not sure what else other than stay completely out of sun. Did call me primary doc to see if we could rule out other things such as lupus. Was told my recent blood test where fine??
