Suggest Treatment For Stomach Pains And Constipation

Hi. My 8 Year old daughter has had stomach pains for a week now. At first she was very constipated. I took her the the emergency dept on Sunday as her pain was so bad - they said it was probably a virus. Since then I have given her some foods to help unblock her, and she spent 45 mins on the toilet with liquid stools. She still has very loose BM and very smelly and still pain especially when she eats. Very pale with headaches too.

Thanks for the query.

Can you please tell me ,Is there any fever, vomiting?

You can go for stool examination to find the causative agent.

As there is pain in the stomach, and the stools are smelly it can be the infectious in origin.

Consult your doctor for further treatment.

Hope i helped you.
