Suggest Treatment For Stomach Pain And Fatigue
My 7 year old son has had a stomach ache, cold skin, and been lethargic for 3 days. He eats a few bites and stops because his belly hurts. It hurts right in the middle and he says the pain moves up. There has been no fever, but he does get cold and clammy periodically. What could this be? Any way to relieve him tonight? He s very healthy usually.

HI... by what you say this seems to be a viral illness to me. There need not be fever always in viral illness. I suggest you give him oral paracetamol in the appropriate dose and by morning get him evaluated by a pediatrician or physician.
