Suggest Treatment For Stomach Cramps And Bloody Mucus In Stools
Last night I woke up with painful stomach cramps and diarrhea. After a few hours, I was able to fall back asleep. It then resumed about 2.5 hours later. It has slowed down and now is a bloody mucus. What can I do for this and should I be concerned that it is bloody mucus? (it is bright red)

I really appreciate your concern, the given history could be suggestive of intestinal infection and it could be protozoa infection if I would be doctor of this case then I would suggest Tab Metronidazole 400 mg once twice in day for five days for abdomen cramp it can be managed with Tab Dicyclomine as per needed hope this information helps.
