Hallow Dear, Moving around and lifting heavy objects 3 months after abortion should not cause spotting. Since it has started 3 months after the Therapeutic abortion, it is not related to abortion too. Moreover, your post abortal check up is OK meaning thereby there are no products of conception left in the uterine cavity nor is there any evidence of infection. You are on Oral Contraceptive pills. Some times, oral contraceptive pills cause bleeding somewhere midway in the cycle. Such spotting is known as break through bleeding and is more commonly found in Progesterone dominant pills; though it can happen in any type of contraceptive pill. Such spotting or break through bleeding is not an issue of concern at all; though it causes botheration no doubt. You have to consume two tablets on the day when such spotting takes place. The spotting will be controlled. If after switching to single pill a day leads to spotting, you might have to take two pills till you effectively control the spotting. I hope this helps you.
