Hi, I have had an issue where my right shoulder tends to be 'sore' when i lay down at night. I usually have to sleep with my arm in certain positions to be comfortable. Then, last night - NOTHING worked. it was too painful to even move, and brought tears to my eyes on several occassions. this morning, i still can't lift it w/o it being severely painful. I take lipitor as the only medication i am on for anything currently.
