Suggest Treatment For Shrinkage In Testicle With Varicocele

i had a left side varikosel and my left testicle shrank and it became very small,i had a surgery 1 year ago,but nowadays varikosel grade 2 or 3 has seen in my ultrasound scan but my testicles have eco pattern size that i did'nt have the eco pattern in left one before the surgery,i visited my doctor and he said it's natural because my vessel that goes to my testicle has loosed in those years that i had this disease,and i have this history for the rest of my life and he said i do not need another surgery,now i'd be very grateful if you advise me what shoud i do?

Hi Dear!!Thanks for your query to HCM.

What is the cause of it?
Based on facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
Testicular Atrophy from persistent left Varicocele-post Varicocelectomy.
Your Latest USG with Gr 2-3 Varicocele with echo pattern.This is a sign of failed Varicocelectomy.
I would suggest you to consult Urologist- who would assess your case and would do Microvascular Varicocelectomy to block all incompetant veins with incompetant valves and venus reflux,which is causing echo pattern with intra testicular venus dialatations with Testicular shrinkage-suggesting testicular atrophy from venus congestion from- a failed Varicocelectomy.
Each of the dialated vein needs to be ligated and cut to cut of the venus reflux with preservation of lymphatic vessels and testicular artery and vas deferrence-or main spermatic duct.
With in 3-6 mths of treatment -your testes would come back to normal after corrective resurgery of Microvascular Varicocelectomy from expert Urologist hands.
