Suggest Treatment For Shoulder Pain

I have been having shoulder pains for three months now. A month ago i just noticed a popping/clicking sound whenever i rotate my arm. I do a lot of overhead lifting and i have used ice, aleve, and myoflex for the pain and nothing has worked. It seems serious. What should i do?

Hello,

You might be having an inflamed bursa, impinged tendon or early osteoarthritis.

Try stretching your arm behind your back as if you are trying to touch the other scapula , if it works well without pain then it impinges tendon, otherwise you may need an X-ray on the shoulder.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
