Suggest Treatment For Short Of Breath And Anxiety

I feel chest pressure around my sternum with more pressure noted on the right. Exercise makes the discomfort diminish and anxiety increases the sense of pressure. When I drink ice water, it aggravates the tension in my heart and at times I get short of breath.
