Suggest Treatment For Rhematoid Arthritis

I may have Rhematoid arthrits, my right hand is slanted to the right,more my wrist then fingers. they are stiff and ache off and on all day. also my shoulders , knees. I have little swelling, but ache. it shifts throughout my joints. I am not as tired as often as I was few weeks ago. does any of this sound like RA? blood work good. not sure what results from x-rays were. prednisone did not work. see RA doc. end of nov. any advice to what it is?pcp questioning Lupus also.

yes ofcourse it could be arthritis, lupus or RA.
however need s to be seen by a rheumatologist in order to get some answers.
as it is more a clinical diagnosis than any thing else.
