My wife has just been prescribed flucloxacillin 250mg and Phenoxymethylpenicillin 250mg

to be taken both at 4 times and day for 5 days.



She was prescribed this for a slight infection on her c-section scar (operation was about 7days ago) which felt warm to touch and was slightly redish also she was seeping a bit of blood from the wound.



The problem is id just like someone else to comfirm the dose is correct as first of all the doctor made a mistake on the prescription as stated wrong amount of pllls in total which pharmasist told me to go back to hospital and get them to correct the prescription, it seem alot of antibioctics, if it is correct is it worth taking anything else to protect her stomach a bit
