Suggest Treatment For Red Bumps On Cheek

i had a very itchy rash on my stomach in the abdominal area that went around to each hip in the back. 12 days of prednisone and a shot. I am done with the prednisone and now i have a rash on my face. It doesnt itch. Just red bumps on my cheeks. is this related?
