Suggest Treatment For Recurring IBS And Sinus Congestion

Hi I suffer from IBS and blocked Sinus on a regular basis - any suggestions to what I can do to aid/prevent these. At the moment I take peppermint oil caps combined with acidophillus to ease IBS and I use Stermiar Sinus rince or else sinutab decongestant to relieve blocked sinus - all suggestions greatly appreciated. Thanks xx

Noted the history and understood your concerns.
First of all it is important to have proper diagnosis by proper clinical evaluation, examination and investigations.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
For the IBS that is irritable bowel syndrome, it is needed to have all the tests of stool, blood, ultrasonography, CT scan of the abdomen and colonoscopy absolutely normal.
If anything is diagnosed during the coarse of an investigations, get treated accordingly to get a cure and if all the tests are normal, get a proper treatment in the form of prescription under the care of a Gastroenterologist.
About hte sinusitis, it is mandatory to have a CT scan of the sinuses to know whether there is an actual sinus problem or the problem is relate to the nose, septum, the ostium and so on so that a specific treatment can be done.
TIll then continue the treatment as you have mentioned, take steam inhalations. Avoid the atmosphere, scents, dust and such things that increase your problems.
