I had sinus problems in the past. since last few years i have not had any serious sinus. when i have sinus i use to take pseudoephedrine. but i have not taken since few years.
I Have been feeling very tired and not fresh in the morning. Recently i had stuffy nose and something like sinus, i took sudafed in the night.
and in the morning i was very very fresh. i never had such fresh feeling in last few years.
How does sudafed work ... and what it has to do with mind and tiredness.
i am 30, usually working in preassure most of the time. with high choleshtrol.
