Suggest Treatment For Rash Behind The Ear, Cold And Cough

hi my daughter is 8 weeks old,today when bathing her i noticed a rash behind her ear and around her neck,there are no bumps or spots,her skin is very sore and slightly moist with a stronge smell even after bath.she has had a cold for 1 week now,runny nose and chesty cough.i will wait for a reply thank you

Hello,

I think this could be a viral-induced Rash because she is having cough and cold also.

Unless the kid is extremely dull and lethargic or having a temperature more than hundred and one degrees Fahrenheit consistently for 24 hours along with respiratory distress you need not worry about this.

It could mostly be viral Rash.
