Sir, my child is 5 years old, he has a cough and cold for last 7 days, doctor treatment is done but no have no satisfactory effect, doctor change this medicine. also no satisfactory effect from this antiseptic syrup. so pl. tell me the ayurvedic treatment for cold and cough for this child in home

Your child is having vatshleshmaj jwara ( cold). You can use few medicines and he will improve in a dose or two and continue medicine for one month for build immunity.
1. Syp Step ( Vasu) 2 tsf-2tsf
2. Syp septillin ( himalaya) 2 tsf - 2tsf
3. Syp extraimmune 2tsf - 2tsf
