Hello!

Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!

Your symptoms don't seem to be cardiac related (your performed tests can exclude any cardiac disorders related to your symptomatology).

A single event of ventricular bigeminy is quite normal in healthy individuals and doesn't indicate a cardiac arrhythmia.

So relax and don't worry about it!

Your heart is in optimal conditions.

Your symptoms seem to be related to anxiety.

I recommend consulting with a specialist of this field to help you manage with your anxiety.

Psychotherapy (behavioral therapy) and physical activity (walking, yoga, recreational sports, etc)are very helpful!

You should also avoid caffeine intake, which is known to trigger anxiety.

Hope to have been helpful!

Best regards,

Dr. Iliri
