Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist 's  Response
Hello,

As the pain is in the heel I will advise for an x-ray as it may be related to a calcaneal spur which is just a speculation of mine. But x-ray will help as well. Also, try doing hot water fermentation, use crepe bandage to stabilize the ankle joint and also some simple exercises. This should help you.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
