Suggest Treatment For Pain In Buttock And Constipation?

I have a fairly constant ache in my right buttock. This becomes worse at night - turning over in bed sometimes becomes excruciatingly painful. This symptom is sometimes accompanied by constipation & sometimes by pain right up my right side culminating in extremely tender patches on my scalp.

Can consume ibuprofen for primary pain relief .
Recommend MRI for the diagnosis .

* Constipation is digestive issue need
- plenty of liquids , high fiber diet
- laxative in severe cases .
