Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Possible reflux of stomach acid or other gastritis related issues. Primary guidelines here to recover early:
- Dietary measures with bland, vegan diet and avoidance of spices, oily stuffs. - Life style modifications with regular walking, exercise. - Proper intake of precise proton pump inhibitor as esomeprazole or else as per the choice of treating physician.
In our clinic, as per the follow-up recovery, I recommend ultrasound with or without upper GI endoscopy.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
