Suggest Treatment For Minor Tinnitus

Hi, my son has been suffering from a minor tinnitus for 2 months. Further MRI founding suggested normality for everything except a prominent adeniod. The report also suggested that it as age related. Is there a way for the cure? Is sugery a necessity at this stage? If yes, anything I should be aware of? Thanks.

Hi welcome to the health care magic

Don't worry for adenoids which is common problem in child hood

Let me know you if adenoids causing difficult breathing, snoring, repeated infections, repeated sinusitis, repeated middle ear infection etc than it needs to be removed through surgery

This time tinnitus can be from secondary Eustachian tube inflammation from common cold..

Take benadryl like decongestant for that

Otological examination by Otoscopy done to rule out ear infection

Steam inhalation done daily will be useful

Fruits eaten more

Take care

Consult otorhinolaryngologist for examination
