Hello,

Esophagial ulcer may be due to viral or candida infection or anemia or malignancy etc.

You have to get it done upper GI endoscopy and biopsy. Endoscopic ultrasound may useful.

Avoid spicy food and caffeinated drinks. Use tablet pantoprazole.

If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
