Suggest Treatment For Liver Inflammation

I have hep B and have been a carrier all my life. I have a couple episodes of liver inflammation and also prancreatitis a couple years ago. I have not been feeling well since yesterday - a bit of fever, chills, no taste in my mouth and this pain right underneath my breastbone (on the right side). And today when the color of my urine is tea colored (and I tried to drink lots of water today). Is it a re-occurance of the liver inflammation again?

advice:
-abstinence from "Alcohol"
- LOW fat diet should be followed

- use lemon juice (lemonade) once in a day
-"recheck liver enzymes after 6 to 8 weeks".
